How it works

One honest conversation. Three simple steps.

01

Share your link or QR code

Send the link personally or hang the QR code on site. No app, account, or awkward form to fill in.

02

Let them chat

A short, open AI conversation helps them remember the details that mattered — without feeding them answers.

03

They choose what to post

Their answers become an editable draft. They confirm it is true, copy it, click into your chosen review platform, then paste.

Conversation in action

Questions that follow their experience, not a script.

The interview listens for the details your customer brings up and asks one short follow-up at a time. No leading prompts.

Please share your experience with Riverside Co. Start anywhere you like.
I felt heard from the first call. The whole thing was calmer than I expected.
What made the first call feel that way?
They slowed down, listened, and explained what would happen next without rushing me.

Candid by design

The details people look for are already in the experience.

“Great service” is nice. A candid conversation gives someone room to remember what made the visit easier, warmer, or more useful.

Sage Review follows the customer's experience instead of handing them a script—so the words that emerge are the ones a future customer can recognize.

Getting there

  • Central location
  • Fits into a lunch break

Feeling looked after

More for the next customer

A useful review helps someone recognize a real fit.

01

Start anywhere

One open question gives people a place to begin in their own words.

02

Follow what matters

A short follow-up makes room for the part of the experience they want to explain.

03

Leave something useful

The finished review can give the next person a clearer sense of what to expect.

We do not chase a phrase. We make room for the customer's language—and the genuine details that make a business easier to understand.

A simple rule

Their real thoughts and feelings. True to their own words.”

Sage Review gives someone enough space to remember what mattered, then gets out of the way. It never posts, scores, or speaks for them.

What practitioners see

Numbers. Never their words.

Your dashboard shows how many people started, finished, and copied their review. Interview transcripts and draft reviews stay out of the owner area by design.

Questions

The honest answers.

Does Sage Review write reviews for people?

No. It asks open questions and assembles a draft from the customer’s answers. They can change every word, and nothing is posted until they choose to do it themselves.

What if someone had a mixed or unhappy experience?

They get the same interview and the same freedom to post. Sage Review never filters people by sentiment. They can also send the practice a separate private note.

What happens to what customers type?

Business owners see counts, never interview transcripts. For privacy, customer answers and drafts are automatically erased 10 minutes after the customer goes idle. Customers can also erase them sooner themselves.
