How pricing works
We charge for size, never for features.
Every paid plan includes every review site PatronPen supports — Google, Yelp, Trustpilot and more — and as many locations as you have. A second location or a second review site costs nothing to give you, so charging for it would only manufacture resentment. The only thing that scales with price is the one thing that actually costs something: conversations with the AI.
What counts as a conversation: a customer opening your link and talking with the AI about their visit. A customer who writes their own words instead doesn't count, and neither does a click that stops at the first screen. Your dashboard shows the count as it happens, and it resets every 30 days from the day you signed up.
Change size any time. Moving up or down is prorated from the day you do it, so you only ever pay for the size you're on.
Free is permanent — it does not expire, and it is the same for everyone. When a plan's conversations are used up, your link keeps working: customers write their own words and can still post a review. If you stop paying, you keep your account, your customer links and your history; you just drop back to the Free plan's limits.
